3 Changing tariffs for cargo transportation by rail in the second quarter 2010 has taken place according to the cancellation of tariffs benefits for cargo transportation by rail in chemical, mining and smelting industries, which were based on the resolution of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from 14.10.2008 ¹ 925 (with changes) "About top-priority actions to stabilize the situation in chemical, mining and smelting industries".
